Westside Support Services provides a range of support for SBHA service users and residents using a range of schemes and types of accomodation. These services include support for tenants, those living in supported housing, using floating support services, fleeing domestic violence and service users experiencing physical and sensory disabilities or long term conditions.

Person Centred Designs was invited to hold an information stall at the SBHA and Westside Support Service User Event in April 2008. St this event a number of service users signed up for a short course in website design.   This course is the first of it's kind held in partnership with Westside Support and Person Centred Designs and covered basic skills in website design, some basic html, javascript, developing key SEO tips and tricks, photography skills audio , video and podcasting skills and marketing a website.

All participants were given their own websites to name, build and market free of charge!!. Participants have support from an online forum and one to one and small group mentoring from the course trainer  Patricia Mata ( Tish ) online, for up to a year after the course!
